New LP gas floor plans coming.

by Vrvtom 20. October 2010 20:26

Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to let everyone know we are coming out with new floorplans in November that will allow us to have LP / Electric appliances for those of you camping "off the grid" and bigger bathrooms.  We will continue to offer the most cargo capacity and floor space available in a "half-ton towable" toyhauler.  We will still be building the most durable and strongest constructed toy hauler per pound in the industry.  Keep watching and blogging and for those of you that are Vrv owners keep sending photos to me at Tomb@gomyvrv.com.

Half-ton towable

Is the Vrv the only half-ton towable toy-hauler you can get to the bed space without unloading your atv or motorcycle? For years I've been looking for a trailer that I could camp out of and haul either my atv'smotorcycle.

I sure didn't want to up-size my truck so I needed something that was light and easy to tow.  When the Vrv came on the scene I knew I had found what I was looking for.  What really made it perfrect is that now I can pull over anywhere just like a motorhome or large toy hauler and sleep without unloading.  I just added extra play time to my trips.

It's exciting to see the many different ways that folks are enjoying their camping cargo trailers.  As folks send in their photos and their stories we'll be sure to add them here.

Are you a VRV owner?  If so, send us your story and a picture to tomb@gomyvrv.com.  We can't wait to get it!

Announcing the VRV Cargo Trailer

by vrvtrailer 29. May 2009 05:49

As our recreational interest grow and we are drawn to more and more equipment to help us enjoy these interest; we find ourselves in a difficult position.  How do we take our recreational equipment to our destinations in a useful, versatile and fuel-efficient vehicle that allows us to camp.  The answer is, the Vrv design.

Combining the cargo and toy-hauling attributes of a cargo trailer with the expandable square footage of our tip out, self-supporting bunks, the Vrv allows you haul all the equipment your family can use and still camp comfortably without having to incur the expense of  a larger, less fuel-efficient tow vehicle.  Another feature of our design is that it allows you carry all your recreational equipment and still stop for that quick night’s rest along the way without having to unload it and once you have reached your destination and have unloaded your equipment, you can enjoy all of the open floor space without having to work around traditional beds that restrict the use of this area.

Another thing you might want to consider.  If you own a smaller SUV, mini-van, or truck or you are considering downsizing to something smaller and more economical the Vrv can serve another useful purpose; that of a cargo trailer.  Nothing about the Vrv’s design, construction or weight will keep you from using it as a cargo trailer when that you find yourself in need of one.  Easy to maintain and clean the Vrv will not rust or rot if you need to wash it out after using it.  Without steel to rust or wood to rot it will last longer and protect your investment better than traditionally constructed trailers.

When you compare us against other RV designs toy-haulers you will find that:

  • We are lighter weight, more versatile, less expensive and easier to maintain than larger toy-hauling travel trailers and fifth wheels
  • We are as light weight and inexpensive, more versatile and longer lasting than pop-up campers
  • We are more comfortable, longer lasting, lighter weight and as inexpensive as comparably equipped steel and wood cargo trailers.

All of this means that you get more use with fewer concerns from your investment in both your recreational equipment and the trailer you use to move it.  Welcome to Vrv.
